Q: How do I pay the deposit?
A: The deposit can be paid by cash, bank check, money order, or credit card via PayPal. Once you decide that you want to book with Your Dream Reception, you must put down a deposit in conjunction with a signed contract to reserve your event date.
Q: How do I pay the remaining balance?
A: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.
Q: Can people request songs during an event?
A: Absolutely. People can request as many songs as they wish.
Q: How do I arrange a meeting?
A: Contact Your Dream Reception and we will set up an appointment to accommodate your schedule. Meetings can be held face to face or via Skype/Facetime.
Q: What is discussed at the initial meeting?
A: We will discusses your vision for your event and how we can make that vision a reality. There is NO pressure to book at the initial meeting at all.
Q: How do I send my song requests to Your Dream Reception?
A: Song requests can be submitted using our online client planner.
Q: Do you have back-up equipment?

A: We have a variety of top of the line lights. We have mood lights, colored lights, strobe lights, and best of all laser lights.
Q: How can I find out if you are available for my event?

Q: When should I book my date?
A: It is recommended to book with us as soon as you know your event date. We have limited availability and we book up fast.
Q: How do I book Your Dream Reception services?
A: By putting down a deposit and signing a booking agreement to secure the event date. The date is only secured when we have both the deposit and the booking agreement together.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is non-refundable.
Q: How long does it take you to set-up and breakdown?
A: It takes us anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour and a half depending on how large the set-up is for the event.
Q: How much music do you have and will you have any song that I want available for my event? Is your music clean?
A: We have over 100,000 songs and counting covering all genres and ages. Music going as far back as the 40s as well as today’s newest hits. All of our music is clean and appropriate and the clean versions that you would hear on the radio. We will be able to get any song that you want for your event by using legal professions DJ music pools that we are members of.
Q: How early do you arrive at an event?
A: We arrive anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours before our start time. Typically we will be set up at least 2 hours before your event to make sure that all equipment is working properly.
Q: Do you charge to set-up and break down?
A: Set-up and breakdown is included.
Q: Can Your Dream Reception send me a list of references?
A: Absolutely. We can send you a list of references through email by request.
